STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT

Open the Sendwave or LemFi application after installation.
• Enter your mobile phone number.
• Confirm your number using the verification code (OTP) sent via SMS.
• Fill in your basic profile information as requested by the platform

For security purposes, the application may request additional verification details. Simply follow
the instructions provided within the app to complete the verification process.
4. Contact Our Adoption Team
Once your application details has been successfully confirmed, our adoption team will proceed
with the next steps of your pet’s adoption process, including final documentation and
preparation for the pet’s transition to their new home.
Our team will confirm the adoption fee details and guide you through the final step of
completing and confirming your donation or adoption payment.
5. Adoption Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, our adoption team will proceed with the
next steps of your pet’s adoption process. This includes final documentation, ownership
transfer, and preparation for your pet’s transition to their new home.
- Your debit or credit card is enabled for online or international transactions.
- Your Sendwave or LemFi account is fully verified.
- The payment amount matches the adoption fee provided by our team.

At MyPetShelter, our adoption fees and donations help support the care and wellbeing of

Once an adopter selects a pet and confirms their interest, our adoption team will provide the
